- Weekend rate for full day/evening events $750
- Includes your choice of round tables (72 inch
diameter - seat 8 to 10) or banquet
tables 30 inches by 72 inches or combination of both.
- Steel chairs with plush seats and back rests.
- Tables and chairs will be set up according to
supplied floor plan.
- Doors open late afternoon (flexibility with opening
time); Event must finish by 1
am with time allowed after that for gathering decorations, etc.
- Recommended guest limit for "seated" comfort 150 to
170; allows for head table,
DJ and dance floor, food and gift tables. Actual maximum 200 persons.
- Rental rate also includes 2 hours of free decorating
time the day before the event
subject to availability.
- Plenty of free parking on newly paved parking lots
- Spacious clean washrooms
- New building - one level - no stairs
- Fabulous lighting; heating/air conditioning control;
available sound system; fireplace.
- Choice of three local caterers familiar with facility
- You may use your own caterer subject to the Hall
